Abstract

Dr. Syed Muhammad Abdullah was a writer with a unique identity in Iqbal Studies. He was one of the contemporaries of Allama Iqbal and had benefited from Allama Iqbal extensively. Along with this, he was also a teacher of Iqbal Studies. This is the reason why he in understanding and explaining Iqbal, he worked with sweat and in-depth study. Reading Dr. Syed Abdullah's articles on Allama Iqbal, it feels as Allama Iqbal himself explained his thoughts. In this article, I made syed abdullah’s understanding of Iqbal as the subject in order to understand the concern of his Iqbal studies. In these circumstances, it was not possible for a person of Islamic temperament like Dr. Syed Muhammad Abdullah to remain isolated. His devotion to Allama Iqbal grew deeper and deeper. You started considering the ideas of Allama very seriously.
