Ram Laal renown Urdu writer, novelist, and travelogue author has the ability to captivate the reader’s interest through his thoughts provoking and insightful writing that explore the trauma of war, pain and social issues. He writes about the complexities of human emotions, culture and everyday life struggle. Raam Laal’s writing style is characterized by his unique wit and sensitivity. He is well renown because of his fictions. He also wrote novels and travelogues, his travelogue of Pakistan “Zard patton ki Bahar” is a master piece of his writings, it was not his just physical journey but also inner exploration and trauma of division of sub-continent. He travelled in 1982 but depicted the tragic incidents of 1947, he couldn’t get rid of past and captivated the emotions of reader as well.
